Aksel is the COO of Haptic’s Oslo studio. He oversees the daily running of the studio, working closely with Oslo’s leadership and Agnieszka in the London studio to deliver consistency and best value to our clients. Aksel works to forge trusted relationships with client- and consultant teams, alongside a focus on building a strong studio culture.
Aksel joined Haptic as an Architect in 2018 before assuming his role as COO. He has headed up several projects within the Oslo Airport City Masterplan, building strategies for the future of car manufacturing in Norway. Working closely with clients such as Tesla, Volvo, MyCar and Porsche, Aksel is now working to create a mobility village, that provides a sustainable and people-first urban experience.
Aksel studied at The Oslo School of Architecture (AHO) and the Polytechnical University in Barcelona (ETSAB).
