Maggie oversees the day-to-day running of Haptic’s London studio, working across studio operations, people, culture and administration. With over 12 years’ experience across creative and design-led environments, she brings a calm, organised and collaborative approach to creating a well-run studio where people can do their best work.

Maggie has a background in studio operations, project coordination, HR and commercial support, with experience across architecture and interior design practices. She works across the many elements that connect people and projects within the studio, from onboarding and team culture to events, facilities, CPD and operational processes. She particularly enjoys bringing structure to busy creative environments and finding practical solutions that enable teams to work collaboratively and creatively.

Alongside her professional work, Maggie is studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Interior Design, building on her longstanding interest in interiors, architecture, furniture, materials and craftsmanship. Her design perspective reflects Haptic’s belief in creating places that make people happy and have a positive impact on the people who experience them. At Haptic, she brings together her operational experience and design perspective to help foster a supportive and inspiring studio environment in which thoughtful, people-focused design can flourish.
