Lucia is forever curious, creative and a problem solver. These skills have led her to work in different countries developing complex projects from concept to delivery, across residential, commercial and cultural sectors. This experience gives Lucia a particular ability to translate solutions across cultures, typologies and stages in collaborative working environments where her team player abilities are essential.

Lucia champions timber at Haptic, having delivered W3, a community centre in Kings Cross, promoting sustainable design with a timber structure and envelope. In the educational sector, she is developing schemes for British institutions, in the UK and abroad, including academic and boarding facilities. In the cultural sector she has led the design and overseen the construction of The One:One Collection in Margate, refurbishing a series of industrial buildings to provide a new locomotive museum experience. In the residential sector, she has coordinated the RTD4 team to deliver new affordable homes for Southwark. In Norway, Lucia has been part of the OAC team, developing a multi-purpose hospitality centre and the B8A residential scheme in Oslo.

Lucia began her career in Barcelona where she graduated at the ETSAB and worked in Area Urbana from 2006, in heritage refurbishment projects and masterplanning studies for Incasol. After moving to London in 2011, she worked at Piercy & Company, delivering High End Residential and Commercial projects as an Associate.

Since joining in 2017, Lucia has worked in both London and Oslo offices, and is now based in Bilbao.
