Penny joined Haptic in 2015 as Office Manager, but with the continued growth of Haptic, she now oversees the finances of both offices and HR for London.  Penny provides strategic oversight, working at board level and assists the office with long-term financial planning.

Penny has nearly 20 years’ architectural administrative experience from previous practices, with her career starting as PA and Project Admin at high-end hospitality interiors firm Richmond International. As PA and Project Administrator at both PRP and BDP, she supported several senior Directors and large teams running residential, infrastructure and heritage projects, as well as assisting the marketing departments with competitions, bids and tender submissions. At UNIT Architects Penny moved into Office Management, overseeing the running of this young, medium sized practice in all its day-to-day functions.

Penny graduated with a BA(Hons) in History of Art from the University of Northumbria, which led her to gravitate towards a career in the creative sector, with interiors and architecture of particular interest.
