She has over 10 years’ experience in culture and employee engagement, events operations and customer service in France and in the UK. Her role encompasses her passion for architecture and her infinite enthusiasm for finding the unique potential in each employee. She truly believes in making the work environment a happy place.
Geraldine identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience and studio culture via all areas of the employee’s life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, recognition and offboarding. She also organises events and study days for clients, assists with HR and marketing strategies and manages the day-to-day smooth running of the studio.
She has worked in leading creative companies, art collections, galleries and museums including the Daniel and Florence Guerlain Contemporary Art Foundation, Jazz in Marciac festival, The Wallace Collection, Tate Britain, The Society of British and International Design, Donald Insall Associates and Stanton Williams Architects.
She holds an MA in Cultural Projects Management, a BA in Art History specialised in Architecture and a City and Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Events Operations. She is currently undertaking the CIPD Associate Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development in organisations.
