Saphia Al-haboubi joined Haptic as a Part II Architectural Assistant, after graduating from the University of Greenwich with a Distinction in June 2021. She has a keen interest in craft, surrealism, and storytelling and its role within architecture and art. During the final year of her Masters, she explored these ideas within her design project ‘Gilgamesh’s Maze’ and her thesis ‘Digital Authentic?’ which centred on the effect of authenticity and digital media on the perception of art value within Instagram.

Saphia is currently working on the new HS2 terminal at Euston Station within the Public Realm team, where she brings her curiosity and drive to put people first. Previously, she has worked as a freelance Architectural Assistant for Sally Hogarth and as a Part I for HTA. At HTA, she worked on urban design and modular construction projects within the housing team.
