Serhan Ahmet-Tekbas is an Architectural Designer, Associate Lecturer and Material Researcher and joined the Haptic Team in 2022. Serhan’s work is driven by spatial narratives, material research and craft-based construction methods.

His work and involvement with Haptic Green support Haptic in bridging spatial design with innovative building technologies. Serhan is currently working on an innovation housing and industrial proposal in Hayes, London. Prior to joining the practice, Serhan studied at Central Saint Martins and The Bartlett School of Architecture. He has worked across London, Seattle and Cyprus at various practices, including Olson Kundig and Hawkins Brown.

Outside of the studio he has exhibited his work at The Venice Biennale Cyprus Pavilion, Betts Projects Gallery and Royal Academy of Arts. He also teaches as a design tutor on the BA Architecture Course at Central Saint Martins.
